We need volunteers to help us prepare the ground for the 30 trees we are planting later this fall on the Coventry PEACE Park grounds. We need to spread many cubic yards of mulch to define the edges of several groves of trees. The mulch will kill grass and weeds, and improve the soil so the trees we plant in later this fall will thrive.
Bring yourself, a water bottle, a hat, and sunscreen. If you have tools—such as gloves, a wheelbarrow, hard rakes, pitchforks, or shovels —that would be great too!
